By creating an account or using Forever Echoes, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Forever Echoes is a platform that allows users to create collaborative books ("Echoes") by collecting stories, wisdom, memories, and other content from contributors. The service includes AI-assisted interviews, chapter generation, book formatting, and optional print ordering.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use Forever Echoes.

Ownership: You retain all rights to content you create and submit. Forever Echoes does not claim ownership of your stories, photos, or other creative works.

License: By submitting content, you grant Forever Echoes a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating chapters, creating books, delivering notifications to other participants).

Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

Forever Echoes uses artificial intelligence to assist with interviews and generate chapter drafts based on your input. You understand that:

• AI-generated content is based on your words and input
• You should review all AI-generated content before finalizing
• You are responsible for the final content included in your book
• AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies

When you invite contributors to an Echo:

• You are responsible for obtaining their consent to participate
• Contributors retain rights to their individual contributions
• As the organizer, you have editorial control over the final book
• Contributors can view and manage their own chapters

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is hateful, threatening, or harassing
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or copy the application

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion:

• All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Echos you organized will be removed along with all associated content
• Printed books already shipped cannot be recalled

Forever Echoes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forever Echoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
