Common Questions
How do I invite contributors to my Echo?
From your Echo dashboard, tap "Add Contributors" and enter their name, email, and relationship. They'll receive an invitation to download the app and contribute their chapter.
Can I edit a chapter after it's been submitted?
Yes! As the organizer, you can review and request revisions on any submitted chapter before finalizing your Echo.
How does the AI interview work?
Our AI interviewer asks thoughtful questions about the chapter topic, listens to your responses, and helps craft a beautifully written chapter from your stories and memories. You can review and edit everything before submitting.
What happens after I finalize my Echo?
Once finalized, your Echo becomes a beautiful digital book you can share with family. You can also order printed copies in softcover, hardcover, or premium linen editions.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, tap the menu (hamburger icon), and select "Delete Account" at the bottom. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your stories, photos, and personal content are private by default. Only you and your invited contributors can see your Echo. You own all your content - see our Privacy Policy for details.
